One among such conditions is that the petitioner/appellant shall report before the respondent Police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., and also shall appear before the Trial Court on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until disposal of the Criminal Appeal. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner/appellant seeking relaxation of the aforesaid condition. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner/appellant has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any default. 3. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Para No.4 (d) by this Court vide order dated 16.10.2025. 4. Accordingly, the condition regarding the petitioner’s appearance, as https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL.MP.No.6316 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 imposed by this Court in para No.4(d) of the order dated 16.10.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.17527 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1468 of 2025, alone stands modified to the effect that the petitioner/appellant shall appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. All other conditions imposed in the order dated 16.10.2025 remain unaltered. 5.
