The petitioner is an accused in connection with Tati Jharia P.S. Case No. 06 of 2021. It has been alleged that Rs. 10 Lakh was demanded as extortion money from the informant who runs a poultry farm. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has been implicated on the confession of a co-accused. It has been submitted that one of the co-accused Sunil Kumar has been granted bail in BA No. 10020 of 2021. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner in custody since 01.09.2025. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the manner of implication of the petitioner and the fact that one of the co-accused has been granted bail, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribagh in connection with Tati Jharia P.S.
