At the stage of admission, this Court has not granted any interim order in the instant lis. 3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent-State on written instructions submits that the police referred the FIR in Crime No.140 of 2023 of Butchiyyapeta Police Station, Anakapalli District as “Civil in Nature” vide C.No.141/ Refer/SDPO-Akp/2026 dated 16.07.2026. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner also acceded to the submission made by learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 4 5. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is closed. However, it is made clear that all the remedies are left open to the respective parties to proceed, in accordance with the law.
