The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No.165/2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner and seriousness of offence that the petitioner has allegedly committed murder of his wife by strangulating her for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, I am not inclined to grant Patna High Court CR.
