The present modification has been preferred for: “modifying the order dated 16.10.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 72765 of 2025 by way of extending the period of surrender.” 3. In this case, the Cr. Misc. No. 72765 of 2025 was allowed on 16.10.2025 and now, the present modification petition. 4. The supplementary affidavit has come and it has been recorded that the petitioner was not in jail between 16.10.2025 till 11.02.2026. 5. In that background, the present modification Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11916 of 2026(3) dt.18-03-2026 2/2 petition stands allowed subject to payment of Rs. 500/- to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee. 6.
