When this matter was taken up for hearing none appeared for the KMDA authority. This Court directed the petitioners to inform Mr. Talukdar, learned advocate, who usually represents the KMDA authority. The learned advocate for the petitioners thereafter informed Mr. Talukdar, learned advocate, who is present in Court when this matter is taken up. Mr. Talukdar, learned advocate appears for the KMDA 2 along with Mr. Banerjee. Let the appointment of Mr. Talukdar be regularized by the concerned authority. Copy of the writ petition has also been served upon Mr. Talukdar. Mr. Talukdar after going through the writ petition submits that though the petitioners have alleged inaction on the part of the authorities of KMDA but no representation has been disclosed in this writ petition. He further submits that the writ petition is also bereft of any material particulars. State is also represented by its learned advocate. Faced with such situation, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners prays for liberty to submit a comprehensive representation before the concerned authority. In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocates for the respective parties, WPA 9086 of 2026 stands disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioners to submit a comprehensive representation before the concerned respondent authority. If such a representation is submitted such authority shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. Since no affidavits have been called for the allegations contained in the writ petition shall not be deemed to have been accepted. 3 There shall be however no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities. (Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J.)
