The petitioner is an accused in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 89 of 2025. 3. It has been alleged that the C.I.D. had collected a data of 40 accounts in which huge amount was deposited by committing cyber- crime. 4. It has been submitted that the petitioner is the Block Programme Manager in Community Health Centre, Nala, Jamtara. 5. Learned Counsel submits that the petitioner does have any concern with the amount of Rs.38,49,952/- deposited in his account. 6. It has been submitted that in similar circumstances one of the co- accused has been granted bail in B.A.No.59 of 2026. 7. Learned Counsel adds that the petitioner is in custody since 08.08.2025. 8. Learned Spl.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 9. However, regard being had to the fact that one of the co-accused has been granted bail, as noted above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten ( 2026:JHHC:8903 ) Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Ranchi in connection with Cyber P.S.
