1. By virtue of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks issuance of a writ for registration of an FIR alongwith other ancillary reliefs.
2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
3. As such, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
