Learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of the abovesaid status report, does not pray for any further relief in the matter. 3. Petition is, accordingly, disposed of with direction to the Competent Authority to reconsider the request for grant of furlough of the petitioner herein and to dispose that of as expeditiously as possible and, preferably, within one week from today. 4.
