The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent No.1 to 4 to address complaint dated 26.11.2025 (Annexure P-3) which was registered on Grievances Redressal and Monitoring System, Haryana on 26.11.2025; and his representation dated 23.12.2025 seeking an appropriate action with respect to violation of transfer policy and misuse of position. 2. The petitioner is claiming that respondent No.7-Mohammed Idris, Deputy Ranger, Forest Department has been posted in violation of transfer policy. He is posted at a distance of less than 20 Miles from his native place which is in clear violation of Departmental Transfer Rules. 3. Learned State counsel submits that jurisdictional authority would look into the matter and proceed in accordance with law.
