THE ADVOCATE GENERAL 3 CMR,J & GTK,J W.P.No.10774 of 2026 The Court made the following: ORDER: (Per Hon’ble Sri Justice Cheekati Manavendranath Roy) When the writ petition for Habeas Corpus is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in a crime that was registered against the corpus, she was arrested by the 6th respondent-Station House Officer of Ananthapuramu Rural Police Station and she was remanded to judicial custody and the petitioner and the corpus would seek their legal remedy of claiming for bail before the concerned Court. 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader also would submit, on instructions, that a crime was registered against the corpus and in connection with the said crime, she was remanded to judicial custody. 3. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner and the corpus to move for bail before the concerned Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
