In such view of the matte, these writ petitions cannot be entertained before this Court, in view of the statutory remedy available to petitioners before the Uttarakhand Public Service Tribunal constituted under the provisions of Uttar Pradesh Public Services (Tribunal) Act, 1976. 6.
