Learned counsel for opposite party nos. 2 and 3 submits that opposite party nos. 2 and 3 were lastly discharged by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Court No. 14, Aligarh, on 28.01.2025, therefore, this revision has become infructuous. 5. Accordingly, the present revision is dismissed as infructuous.
