Learned counsel for the applicant submits that one PW-Vishal and PW-Himanshu have already been examined and they have not supported the case of prosecution. 2. He also submits that keeping in mind the deposition of the pubic witnesses, the learned Trial Court has already granted bail to co-accused Nikhil @ Nikku on 23.05.2026. One more co-accused i.e. Fahad has also been enlarged on bail for the abovesaid reason on 16.05.2026 and, thus, the applicant should be released on bail on the principle of parity. 3. After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the applicant, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, seeks to withdraw the present application with liberty to file application before the learned Sessions Court/learned Trial Court.
