No.520 of 2026 had extended the time for the petitioners to surrender in compliance of the order in ABLAPL but it has not been availed of and further extension is sought for by filing the present I.A. Recorded the objection of the State. But for the reason stated, the I.A. is allowed allowing 15 days from today for the petitioners to surrender before the court of learned J.M.F.C., Angul complying the order dated 23rd March, 2026 in the ABLAPL.
