Learned counsel for the Appellant submits that the Appellant states that he is not pressing the Appeal but he may be granted six months’ time to vacate the Suit premises. 3. The Respondent, who is present in person, agrees that the time of six months may be given to the Appellant, to vacate the Property. 4. Both the parties shall furnish their undertaking by way of Affidavit before the learned Registrar within one week. 5. In view of the submissions made by the parties, the Appeal is dismissed. However, time of six months is given to the Appellant from the date of Order, to vacate the premises.
