Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: (a) "Issue a Writ of certiorari or such other writ or direction to quash impugned Notice issued by the 3rd Respondent dated 06.12.2025 bearing No. sa. Kam. aa (gaa/ aa/ de) PR/60/2025-26 vide Annexure-A and impugned notice issued by the 4th Respondent dated 06.12.2025 bearing No.sa.Kaa.ni.aa/gaa/aa/PR/229/2025- 26 vide Annexure-B and (b) Pass such other suitable order/s as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to grant under the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity. " 2. The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the notices dated 06.12.2025 at Annexures - A and B have been replied by the petitioner on 12.12.2025, despite which no order has been passed. However, the respondents are proposing to take action against the petitioner. 3. When a notice has been issued to the petitioner and the petitioner has replied to the same, it is incumbent upon - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:9597 WP No. 4830 of 2026 the respondent to first pass an order on the reply and thereafter, take necessary action. 4. Since no order has been passed on the said notice and the reply dated 12.12.2025 has not yet been considered, the respondents are restrained from taking any coercive steps against the petitioner until such orders are passed. 5.
