The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Mahagama P.S. Case No. 124 of 2024, registered for the offence under Section 105 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Godda. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners used to hand over the agricultural field to another person for the purpose of agriculture, as the petitioners are not doing the agriculture work directly. She next submits that however, allegations are made that on the land of these petitioners, open wire of electricity was used for the purpose of irrigation and son of the informant has come in the contact of said open electric wire, due to that he subsequently died. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that due to open electric wire, the son of the informant has died, as he has come in the contact of said wire. 5. Looking into the contents of the FIR, it transpires that this is a case of negligence and allegations are made that for the purpose of irrigation, open electric wire has been used and the son of the informant has come in the contact with the said wire and subsequently he has died, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to surrender before the learned court within four weeks from today and in the event of their surrender / arrest, the petitioners, named above, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty- five thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Godda, in connection with Mahagama P.S.
