Pursuant to order dtd.26.02.2026, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner fairly contended that after publication of the provisional gradation list under Annexure-3, no final gradation list has yet been published. 4. In view of the submission so made, it is the view of this Court that the writ petition is premature. However, Petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final gradation list, if he will feel aggrieved. 5. With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
