Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned Deputy Advocate General submits that as per the direction given by this Court the representation made by the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 18.05.2026, passed by the Superintending Engineer, Jal Shakti Circle, Shimla. 2. Since this Court had only given the direction to decide the representation made by the petitioner, in light of the judgment passed by this Court in CWP No.1638 of 2024, titled, Mohit Sharma & Anr. vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors., the mandate contained in the judgment dated 30.07.2025, passed in CWP No.12315 of 2025, titled, 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 Bir Singh vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors., has been complied with. However, it is made clear that in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 18.05.2026, passed by the Superintending Engineer, Jal Shakti Circle, Shimla, he shall be at liberty to avail the appropriate remedy, in accordance with law. 3.
