It has been alleged that from the house of the petitioner 3 stolen motor-cycles were recovered and seized by the police. It appears that several of the similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this court in B. A. Nos. 5480 of 2025 and 6390 of 2025. It also appears that the petitioner is in custody since 12.03.2025. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned J.
