1. The petitioner raises certain allegations against Steel Authority of India Limited.
2. This Court, under Article 226 of the Constitution, has no jurisdiction to entertain the instant writ petition against Steel Authority of India Limited as Court of the first instance. The aggrieved party has to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal for relief.
3. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
4. However, dismissal of the writ petition will not stand in the way of the petitioner from approaching the competent forum for relief in accordance with law, if so advised.
5. Parties to act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
