Sushil Kukreja, Judge(Oral): Learned Deputy Advocate General, has placed on record office order dated 25.05.2026, wherein, it has been stated that the Principal of concerned school where the petitioners are presently working is hereby directed to fix the pay of the petitioners for the period they served on contract basis (TGTs) at the (60%) minimum of revised pay scale + Grade Pay (60%) alongwith such hike to which they are entitled to, in terms of revised notification from 01.01.2016 to till their regularization subject to final outcome of LPA being filed by State and other legal remedies. Therefore, in view of the above, as the judgment under reference has been duly complied with, no further order is required to be passed in the present contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed and disposed of.
