At the stage of admission, this Court has not granted any interim order in the instant lis. 3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent-State on written instructions submits that the police referred the FIR in Crime No.236 of 2024 of Annavaram Police Station, Kakinada District as “False” vide C.No.103/C3/2025, dated 07.02.2025. 4 4.
