Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already surrendered before the learned court on 17.01.2026, however, inadvertently the surrender certificate has not been filed within the stipulated time and due to peremptory order, the said criminal revision has been dismissed. 3. Learned A.P.P. for the State has not raised any serious objection, if the said criminal revision is restored to its original file. 4. Considering the aforesaid submission and the averments made in the present petition, the court finds that sufficient ground is made out for restoration of Cr. Rev. No. 163 of 2026. As such, Cr. Rev.
