Learned Public Prosecutor has placed on record an application dated 29.04.2026 stating that the complainant-Kok Singh does not wish to pursue the FIR against the present petitioners. The report makes it clear that a negative final report has already been submitted in the matter. In view of the statement made by the Investigating Officer, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present anticipatory bail application has become infructuous as no cause of action survives. However, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
