Though the matter is not listed today, on being mentioned by learned counsel for the petitioners, it is taken up on Board by a Special Notice. 2. Heard Mr. Ray, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Lenka, learned ASC for the State. 3. This Court by a common order in ABLAPL Nos.1236 and 1249 of 2026 had directed the petitioners to surrender before the court of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Khordha instead of learned J.M.F.C., Begunia seeking regular bail and in case of rejection to approach the Sessions Court. The above direction was issued for their surrender before the court of Sessions itself, hence, it shall have to be corrected. 4. For the reason stated therein, the I.As. are allowed. Consequently, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the court of learned J.M.F.C., Begunia in connection with G.R. Case No.305(B) of 2023 and in case of rejection, in view of the order of the ABLAPLs to approach the court of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Khordha for orders. Rest part of the order in the ABLAPLs remains undisturbed. Furthermore, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the court concerned within the extended period of fifteen days from today. 5.
