The petitioner, who is the husband of the detenue has filed this habeas corpus petition stating that on 26.12.2025, the detenue went missing along with their minor child aged about 3 ½ years; that the detenue’s father lodged a complaint in Crime No.193 of 2025 dated 27.12.2025 and inspite of the same no action had been taken by the official respondent; and that he suspected that the detenue is in illegal custody of the 2nd respondent. 2. Today, the detenue was produced along with the minor child.
