The limited prayer in the present petition is that the revision petition filed by the petitioners is pending before the concerned authority i.e. respondent No.1-Commissioner, Ambala Division, Ambala Cantt. However, the application for stay has not been decided and in the interregnum the proceedings for execution are continuing. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners’ states that she limits her prayer and would be satisfied if the present petition is disposed off with a direction to decide the revision petition filed by the petitioners in a time-bound manner. 3. Notice of motion. 4. Learned State counsel has assured the Court that till then no coercive steps would be taken against the petitioners. 6. Disposed off in the above terms.
