This writ appeal is filed challenging the order of the learned Single Judge in entertaining the writ petition filed by the writ petitioner in respect of the land dispute. 2.We have perused the order passed by the learned Single Judge and the entire materials placed on record. 3.We are of the view that though the learned Single Judge found that the writ petition is not at all maintainable in respect of civil rights, however, taking note of the issue with regard to the subject land 2/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis and on the basis of the undertaking given by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant and the eighth respondent not to install the photograph of one Kumaravel either in the temple or in the adjoining Mandapam, the learned Single Judge has issued the said direction. 4.We do not find any infirmity or irregularity in the order of the learned Single Judge. It is for the parties to approach the civil Court and establish their rights by producing valid evidence. Till such time, as directed by the learned Single Judge, no photographs shall be installed either in the Temple or in the adjoining Mandapam, by either of the parties. 5.Accordingly, this writ appeal is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
