In this writ petition, petitioner is assailing the show-cause notice dated 19.06.2024 (Annexure- E), issued by the competent authority. 3. Having taken note of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the petitioner herein has submitted a detailed representation dated 24.06.2024 pursuant to the notice issued on 19.06.2024 (Annexure-E) and same has not been considered by respondent No.3. 4. In that view of the matter, the respondent No.3 is directed to consider the representation dated 24.06.2024 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
