THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA CONTEMPT CASE NO:451/2026 ORDER: This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 30.08.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.723 of 2024. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the orders dated 30.08.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.723 of 2024 are complied with and also issued proceedings dated 09.04.2026 to that effect. Therefore, no cause survives and no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case. 4. On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner does not refute the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents and requested this Court to close the present contempt case granting liberty. 5. Recording the submissions made, the Contempt Case is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner for initiating separate proceedings for further claim, if any. No order as to costs. 4
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the contempt case shall stand closed.
