The same are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the office order dated 23.05.2026 reveals that the judgment passed in Neena Puri’s case has not attained finality till date and, therefore, the claim of the 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 petitioner for grant of benefit of initial start is not legally sustainable at this stage as per FD instruction dated 01.09.2015 and the petitioner is not entitled for said benefit. 3. Since this Court had only directed the respondents to consider and decide the representation of the petitioners in light of the judgment passed by this Court in CWPOA No.8020 of 2019, titled, Neena Puri and Others vs. State of H.P. and Others, along with connected matters, the mandate contained in the judgment stands complied with and the execution petition is accordingly disposed of.
