---- 02/05.02.2026 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Protest-cum-Complaint Case No. 1867 of 2018, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 467, 468, 420 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of learned J.M., 1st Class, Hazaribagh.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that two of the accused persons arising out of same Complaint being Protest-cum-Complaint Case No. 1867 of 2018 has earlier moved before this Court in A.B.A. No.5897 of 2020 which was dismissed as withdrawn. He submits that the cognizance has been taken on the protest petition and the Anticipatory Bail may kindly be granted.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that ground was there in the A.B.A. No. 5897 of 2020 and anticipatory bail of two of the accused persons arising out of

the Complaint being Protest-cum-Complaint Case No. 1867 of 2018 has already been dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of the above and considering that anticipatory bail application of two of the co-accused has already been dismissed as withdrawn in the aforesaid A.B.A. and same allegations are there against the petitioner and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
7. However, if the petitioner moves for regular bail before the learned Court, the same will be decided in accordance with law without prejudice to this order.
