Romesh Verma, Judge (Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court for the following main reliefs: (i) “That the respondents may kindly be directed to decide the representation of the petitioner (annexure P-2); (ii) That the respondents may kindly be directed to adjust the present petitioner at any of the stations i.e. GMS Mahar u/c GSSS Badang, District Kangra or GMS Kail, u/c GSSS Mail, District Chamba in the interest of justice and fair play.” 2. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents/authority to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 10.11.2025 (Annexure P-2) sympathetically within a period of two weeks’ from today by passing a speaking order and after giving an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and the same shall be communicated to the petitioner. 4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed anything on the merits of the case, and the authority shall take a decision strictly in consonance with the provisions of law. 5.
