Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the light of additional documents filed along with application No.1/2024, no cause of action for pursuing the instant writ petition survives, hence the present petition has become infructuous.
4. The aforesaid contention has not been opposed by the other side.
5. In the light of above statements, the present petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
