Petitioner has challenged the order dated 26.11.2022, passed by Lokpal, MANREGA, Dehradun. 4. Learned counsel for the parties are unanimous on the point that against order passed by Lokpal, MANREGA, there is remedy of appeal before Appellate Tribunal under Clause 13.4 of the revised guidelines on Ombudsperson and Appellate Authority, issued by Government of India. 5. Learned State Counsel submits that the guidelines were issued in exercise of power under Section 27 of MANREGA Act. 6. Since alternative remedy is available to the petitioners, therefore, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to petitioner to approach the appellate forum under Clause 13.4 of revised guidelines on Ombudsperson and Appellate Authority.
