The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Khelgaon P.S. Case No. 59/2023 registered under sections 279 and 304 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner happens to be bus driver and accidently the helper of the bus has come in front of the bus and pursuant to that he has died. He further submits that alleged occurrence is dated 02.07.2023 and F.I.R has been registered on 05.07.2023. He next submits that petitioner is in custody since 14.08.2025 and chargesheet has been submitted. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are there of driving the vehicle by the helper of the bus. 5. Considering that petitioner happens to be bus driver, there is delay of three days in lodging the F.I.R., petitioner is in custody ( 2026:JHHC:1822 ) 2 since 14.08.2025 and chargesheet has been submitted, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Ranchi in connection with Khelgaon P.S.
