JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER The petitioner petitioner is before the court seeking the following prayer: "(a) Call for records; Allow this Criminal Petition and direct the learned Trial Court in SC No. 48/2019 along with SC No.92/2022, SC No.194/2023, SC No.116/2022 and SC No.109/2025 all arising out of Crime No.02/2018 registered by Respondent Surathkal PS, on the file of learned III ADJ, Mangalore, D.K for the offences punishable u/s 341, 302, 120B r/w 34 IPC to be concluded within am outer limit not later than 3 months, in the interest of justice and equity. (b) Grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit to grant, in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity." 2. The petitioner is the complainant registers a crime in the year 2018 for offence punishable under Section 302 of the IPC. Presently the case is pending before the III ADJ, Mangalore, D.K. in S.C.No.48/2019 and several other cases - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:14145 CRL.P No. 2475 of 2026 arising out of the same offences punishable under Sections 341,302, 120B r/w 34 of IPC. 3. In light of the prayer being innocuous and the proceedings is of the year 2018, I deem it appropriate to direct the concerned Court to conclude the proceedings with an outer limit of 9 months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of the order, if not earlier ordered. 4. In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of. 5. In view of disposal of the main petition, I.A. No.1/2026 does not survive for consideration. Hence, it is also disposed of.
