Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He submits that though there is an allegation against the present petitioner of causing life-threatening injury but as per medical report none of the injuries are designated as dangerous to life. Petitioner is behind the bars since 08.05.2026 though one case has been reported against him, however, in that case he is already on bail.
