It transpires that vide the aforesaid order the concerned Authority listed the matter for further arguments on 18.05.2026. 6. In the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the ongoing proceedings before the concerned Authority at this stage.The parties are requested to cooperate with the concerned Authority for expeditious disposal of the same. 7. Needless to say, the petitioner shall be at liberty to make appropriate submissions with regard to the issue of jurisdiction at the time of final arguments before the concerned Authority, which shall necessarily be considered in the final order to be passed by the concerned Authority. 8. Needless to say, the final order that may be passed shall be subject to the rights and remedies of the parties, including on the issue of jurisdiction. 9.
