1. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:-
"It is, therefore, humbly prayed that that the relevant record of the case may kindly be called and after perusal of the same, may be pleased to accept and allow this writ petition:- i.) By an appropriate writ order or direction, the Court of SDO Behror be directed to decide the Execution Application No. 35/2023 within a period of 1 month; ii.) By an appropriate writ order or direction, the respondent-Tehsildar to execute the decree in favourof the petitioner within a period of 1 month by doing the needful; iii.) Alternatively, by an appropriate writ order or direction the Tehsildar, Behror be directed to enter the name of the petitioner in revenue records as Khatedar for the land situated in Khasra No. 1224/891 measuring 1.0755 hectare in Village-Behror Taraf Ganga Bishan, tehsil- Behror, District-Kotputli-Behror within a period of 1 month; iv.) Any other appropriate order or direction, which the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case; v.) Costs of the writ petition may also be awarded in favour of the Petitioner."

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner would be satisfied in case, directions are given to the Court of Sub-Divisional Officer, Behror, District Kotputli-Behror to decide the execution petition filed by the petitioner for implementing and executing the order dated 22.08.2023 passed
[2026:RJ-JP:25419] (3 of 3) [CW-19188/2025] by the Land Settlement Officer and Revenue Appellate Authority in Appeal No.66/2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the execution proceedings were instituted in October, 2023 and notices were issued for appearance of the judgment-debtor on
02.11.2023. Since thereafter, although there is no stay order in operation against order dated 22.08.2023, yet the execution petition has not been finally decided by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Behror, District Kotputli-Behror through concerned SDO.

Learned counsel submits that on account of non- disposal of the execution of petition, the petitioner is suffering and his rights are being prejudiced.
5. Learned Government Advocate on the contrary submits that the execution proceedings are being conducted by the concerned officer in accordance with law, however, does not oppose the prayer made by the petitioner with regard to expeditious disposal of execution petition.

In view of above, this Court deems it just and proper to dispose of this writ petition with direction to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Behror to dispose of execution petition filed by the petitioner expeditiously and strictly in accordance with law and after giving due opportunity of hearing to both the parties and preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
7. Pending application(s), if any, also stand(s) disposed of.
