The present public interest litigation (PIL) has been filed for initiating recovery against respondent nos.6 to 9 who are stated to be working as teachers under the Education Department on the basis of fake testimonials. 3. In paragraph no.3 of the writ petition, it is admitted that PIL No.37 of 2020 is pending before this court concerning the same issue. 4.
