Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “(a) To quash the impugned order dated 16.04.2026 (Annexure P/1) passed by State of Chhattisgarh, Panchayat and Rural Development Department. (b) Pass any other further order(s) as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that petitioner is working in the office of Janpad Panchayat holding post of Sub- Engineer in Rural Engineering Services posted at Janpad Panchayat, Mungeli transferred to Rural Engineering Services, Mohla-Manpur-Ambagarh Chowki. While transferring petitioner, he has not been transferred in the specific office of Janpad Panchayat, but has been ordered that services of the petitioner is transferred to Rural Engineering Services, Mohla-Manpur- Ambagarh Chowki. He contended that by the order impugned 3 other employees have been transferred of same cadre however, they have been given posting in the specific office of Janpad Panchayat. He also submits that petitioner is subjected to frequent transfer. Petitioner is a single mother and having responsibility of taking care her child also. 3 3. Counsel for the respondent-State submits that Rural Engineering Services comes within the Panchayat Department and there is no error in posting of the petitioner. He however submits that if petitioner wants change in her place of posting to a specific office of Janpad Panchayat and is aggrieved with posting for any other reasons then petitioner may submit representation before the Transfer Committee constituted by the State Government under transfer policy for considering the grievance of employees against their order of transfer. 4. At this stage, counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is also apprehending that petitioner is not been posted in the office of Janpad Panchayat, her salary may not be disbursed regularly. 5. Consideration of submission made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, I am of the considered view that respondent No.1 will be the appropriate authority to consider the nature of grievance as raised by the petitioner in this writ petition and therefore, the writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit detailed representation before respondent No.1 raising all grounds as raised in this writ petition and in the event, such representation is submitted, concerned authority shall consider and take decision on the same, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a 4 further period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of the representation. 6.
