Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor basing on the written instructions dated 11.09.2026 of the Inspector of Police, Chirala I Town Police Station, Chirala submits that pending the Criminal Petition, sole petitioner herein (A1) passed away and by recording the same CC No.295 of 2014 on the file of the Additional Munsif Magistrate, Chirala, Bapatla District was dismissed as abated vide Judgment dated 13.11.2025. 4 3. Written instructions dated 11.09.2026 of the Inspector of Police, Chirala I Town Police Station, Chirala is made part of record. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the submission made by learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 5. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is closed, as the main case under challenge was dismissed as abated.
