JUSTICE REKHA BORANA Order 14/07/2026 1. The present writ petition has been filed aggrieved of order dated 20.05.2025 (Annex.-2) whereby, the petitioner was put under suspension because of an FIR (114/2025) for the offences under the Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act and Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 had been registered against him. 2. After hearing the Counsels and perusing order impugned dated 20.05.2025 (Annex.-2), this Court is of the clear opinion that the same is in consonance with Rule 13 of the Rajasthan Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1958. The fact [2026:RJ-JP:26432] (2 of 2) [CW-10260/2026] of an FIR having been registered against the petitioner and the investigation being undergoing in the said proceedings is not disputed. Further, it is an admitted fact that a charge-sheet qua the disciplinary proceedings has also been served on the petitioner. 3. In view of the above, no case for interference is made out and the writ petition is hence dismissed. 4. Stay application and pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
