Learned counsel for the Petitioner at the outset contended that challenging the inaction of the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sundargarh from Land Acquisition Tribunal in disposing of the Petitioner’s application under Section 33 of the L.A. Act, 1894 for disbursal of undisputed compensation amount awarded, the Petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present application. 4. On perusal of the record, it appears that the application should have been nomenclatured as W.P.(C) instead of CMP. Page 2 of 2. 5.
