JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, petitioner seeks for the following reliefs:- “a) Call for records from the Respondent No.3 in respect of the impugned Order dated 02.12.2025 (Annexure- F); b) Issue a Writ or Order quashing the impugned Order of suspension dated 02.12.2025 bearing No.B12(1)PR/08/25-26 passed by the Respondent No.3 (Annexure-F) and grant all consequential benefits, in the interest of justice and equity. c) Pass any other Order including the costs of this Writ Petition, in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for respondent No.1 and learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 and perused the material on record. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:16710 WP No. 37136 of 2025 3. Learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that during pendency of the present petition, petitioner having been reinstated into service, nothing further survives in the present petition. 4. The said submission is placed on record. 5. In view of the aforesaid submission, petition stands disposed of. Liberty is reserved in favour of the respondents to proceed with the enquiry, if any, initiated by them against the petitioner. However, it is made clear that the respondents shall not be entitled to pass an order of suspension once again on the same cause of action against the petitioner. 6. In addition thereto, respondents are directed to pay / clear all arrears of subsistence allowance payable to the petitioner, if any, pending as on today and salary, if any, payable to the petitioner, immediately upon receipt of a copy of this order.
