The Petitioner’s grievance is that, Opposite Party No.3 has issued notice for alleged encroachment by the Petitioner without proper verification of the records and map of the land. It is also submitted that the Petitioner has not encroached any Government land and his building is situated on own land. 3. Considering such limited grievance of the Petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Opposite Parties 3 & 5 to consider the reply of the Petitioner dated 22.01.2026 under Annexure-4 granting him due opportunity of hearing and take decision in accordance with law, before proceeding for eviction/demolition of the building situated over the case land, within a period of two months the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
