According to petitioner, he has made representation to Senior Superintendent of Police, Nainital, regarding violation of Rule 125-E of The Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989 by certain unscrupulous persons, who are transporting cattle / animals without ensuring safety of cattle which are to be transported. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that SSP, Nainital be directed to look into the issue and pass appropriate order. 5. Learned State Counsel submits that he has no objection if the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the prayer made by petitioner’s counsel. 6.
